HR Assistant: Onsite Onboarding & Admin Support
Unique USA Inc.
Unique Industries is seeking an HR Assistant in Louisville to support on-site administrative and operational HR tasks. You will manage pre-employment processes, coordinate interviews, and assist with background checks and risk assessments, while ensuring confidentiality of records and supporting onboarding.
The role also covers performance-management support, time and attendance back-up, and maintaining recruiting documentation in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.
