Southern Orthodontic Partners is looking for that doctor. We're seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to serve our Hendersonville and Clarksville, Tennessee communities, with the unique opportunity to work under the leadership of our Chief Orthodontic Officer. This isn't simply a more senior clinical position. Requirements

Our ideal Lead Orthodontist:

• Has 2+ years of orthodontic practice experience
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and consistently high standards of care
• Is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Communicates exceptionally well with patients, parents, team members, and peers
• Is comfortable providing leadership
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
• Is energized by growth, improvement, and developing others
• Values collaboration and welcomes feedback from other doctor leaders
• Cares deeply about patient experience, clinical outcomes, and community engagement
• Wants to make an impact beyond their personal production

Professional Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program
• Certificate of completion from an accredited postgraduate orthodontic program
• Current Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of two years of orthodontic practice experience
• Ability to support the full-time clinical schedule across Hendersonville and Clarksville, including rotating Fridays and occasional Saturdays as practice needs require
