General Maintenance Worker

Skilled Maintenance Position
Performs skilled work in the maintenance and repair of buildings, offices and other facilities and equipment with concentration in one or more skilled trades (e.g. HVAC, construction, painting, electrical, masonry, plumbing, carpentry) as needed and/or assigned; assists in a wide variety of maintenance activities; addresses immediate operational and/or safety concerns; and maintains preventive maintenance programs.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Valid Driver's License required. At least three professional references are required. A reference from your current immediate supervisor is required.
