Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Pay: $25–$30 per hour, plus a $2 per hour shift differential

In this position, you'll play an essential role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime
• Supporting equipment installations, production setups, and efficiency improvements
• Recording work orders in the CMMS
• Maintaining documentation in accordance with ISO guidelines
• Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least three years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic Microsoft Office and general computer skills
