What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to critical care patients during night shifts
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Reassess patient conditions and modify plans as needed
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Utilize Point of Care testing procedures
• Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families to ensure quality care
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Uphold safety and compliance standards across all duties

What You Need

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications via AHA
• Previous experience in critical care nursing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Epic EMR system

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
