What You'll Do

• Coordinate and implement patient care in Medical/Surgical units for adult populations
• Obtain and record initial assessments, establish priorities based on patient needs
• Re-assess patients regularly to monitor progress and modify care plans as needed
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures
• Document interventions and patient outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide safe, quality care
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Participate in unit orientation and team collaboration
• Float to all Medical/Surgical departments as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, dress code (grey scrubs), and professional standards

What You Need

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
• BLS Certification via AHA
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend rotations
• Recent nursing experience in Med/Surg units

• B.S.N. or MSN
• National professional nursing certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
