Senior EV Propulsion Hardware Architect

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, Michigan seeks a senior engineer to drive semiconductor sourcing for propulsion and EV powertrain electronics. You will collaborate with HW/SW architecture, safety engineers and purchasing to ensure components meet performance, reliability and cost targets. You will propose MCU/MPU, PMIC, SiC/GaN power devices, CAN/LIN/Ethernet transceivers, and drive the roadmap for STLA Propulsion controllers while leading RFI/RFQ processes in a cross-functional agile team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellantis
