EV Propulsion Hardware Architect: Semiconductors & Systems

Stellantis is seeking a technology-driven engineering leader to guide the propulsion electronics strategy. You will work across HW/SW architecture, safety engineering, and purchasing to select and integrate semiconductor solutions for traction inverters, battery management, and DC-DC converters. You will drive component roadmaps and align with ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100 standards.
