This position works closely with facility leadership to ensure accurate financial operations while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily business office operations and support office staffAssist with managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid authorization processesCoordinate Medicaid applications, renewals, and redeterminationsManage resident trust accounts, including monthly statements and documentationMaintain facility census and track status changesParticipate in billing, collections, payment posting, and bank deposit processesAssist with collections and follow-up on outstanding resident accountsPrepare required reports and documentation for facility operationsAttend leadership and operational meetings as requestedSchedule, assign, and monitor work activities of business office staffSupport compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirementsMaintain confidentiality of resident and financial informationCollaborate with residents, families, vendors, and facility departments to resolve concerns and ensure excellent customer serviceQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare business office preferredStrong understanding of skilled nursing billing, collections, and reimbursement processesExperience with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care authorizations, and resident trust accounts preferredSupervisory experience preferredSkills & KnowledgeExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of healthcare billing and revenue cycle processesWhat Makes You a Great Fit?Detail-oriented and highly organizedStrong leader who enjoys supporting and developing othersExcellent communicator with a customer-service mindsetComfortable working with financial data and regulatory requirementsProfessional, dependable, and solution-focusedPassionate about helping residents and families navigate the business side of healthcareApply Today!Join Manna Post Acute and become part of a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and recognizes the important role you play in the success of our facility.
