Construction Project Manager - BETCO

Overview Manage project from point of sale to point of completion serving as the main liaison between the customer and various departments within Betco. Responsibilities Successfully hire, train, and monitor Crews, Site Superintendents, and Project Managers to meet current workload. Maintain documentation in the electronic file system. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Estimate costs and schedule deliveries per SOW. Coordinate and direct subcontractors onsite. Establish and maintain relationship with customer, keeping customer up to date on various stages of the job. Coordinate with Field Superintendent to ensure site is inspected in timely manner. Train and monitor PM with labor pricing, labor contracts/packets, and crew payments. Ensure vendor releases are made in timely manner. Assist customers with questions related to design and construction. Tactfully communicate with customers and crews to expedite any problems that arise. Submit billing advices to accounting. Initiate sales order revisions. Assist in securing GC License for various states, countries, and cities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Previous Construction experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Three to five years related experience required. Previous experience in Manufacturing preferred. Intermediate computer skills required. Communication, organizational, and tactful thinking is required Some travel required.
