Job Description
We are seeking a motivated person with either construction management experience or a desire to work in the construction field that has managed people or a project or multiple projects. This role will require someone who can take ownership of projects from estimating to following up on project estimates to project start to closeout, while keeping crews organized and on schedule. The right candidate for us is someone who is a problem solver and communicates well with coworkers and customers with the ability to adapt to changing situations and conditions on projects. Training is an option for someone with a work ethic and strong leadership ability and looking for a career with an established company that is still growing. We do not micro manage and are very lenient and work as a team from the owner to the men in the field.
