Position Highlights

• Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

• Full Time: Direct Hire

• Location: Seattle, WA

• High-visibility financial role partnering closely with Purchasing leadership and other business units

Background Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• 5+ years of relevant finance or financial analysis experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including experience working with complex formulas.

• Experience with Power Query is a plus.

• Experience utilizing automation tools, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled business applications is highly desirable.

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial information to business and executive leadership.

• MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Purchasing leadership and other business units to provide financial analysis and insights supporting sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and business decisions.

• Develop and analyze component cost forecasts and identify key risks, opportunities, and financial drivers.

• Support cost reduction initiatives by tracking supplier pricing, analyzing cost changes, and measuring performance against company cost targets.

• Perform financial analysis of suppliers, including reviewing financial statements to evaluate supplier financial health and potential supply chain risks.

• Manage supplier surcharges and retroactive pricing adjustments.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reporting.

• Develop financial forecasts and communicate findings and recommendations to Purchasing and Finance leadership.

• Utilize advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and overall efficiency.

• Support internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial process reviews.

• Lead process improvement initiatives across Finance and Purchasing.

• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives supporting operational and financial objectives.
