Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Consult with buyers and sellers and guide them through the real estate transaction
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Convert qualified real estate leads into clients using proven sales systems
• Manage leads, appointments, and daily activities through the CRM
• Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and open houses
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and industry partners to support smooth closings
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina and/or South Carolina Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to building a successful real estate sales career
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Comfortable with CRM software and real estate technology , or willing to learn
• Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
• Passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals
