• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license; Healthcare or sales experience preferred
• Experience: 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $45,000$50,000/year base + uncapped commissions
• Bonus Opportunities: Quarterly bonuses based on performance

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Prospect and close new accounts, expanding the territory
• Conduct in-person visits and product demonstrations to educate providers on equipment solutions
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Track activity and pipeline trends using CRM and reporting tools
• Participate in in-person training sessions and ongoing education
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when discussing patient-related needs

What You Need:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals
• Experience in medical or respiratory equipment sales is a plus
• CRM experience is beneficial but not required
