Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Base of $45,000-$50,000/year + uncapped commissions

What You'll Do

• Develop, nurture, and expand referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in your territory
• Prospect and secure new accounts while managing existing partnerships
• Conduct in-person visits to educate providers about medical equipment solutions, including ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep therapy, wound care, and diabetic supplies
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery
• Track sales activities and pipeline development using call planning/reporting tools
• Participate in sales training and ongoing education to stay current on product offerings
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all patient-related discussions

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, independent work ethic with ability to collaborate
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years sales experience in healthcare or B2B sectors
  • Knowledge of respiratory, oxygen, CPAP, ventilators, wound care, or diabetic supplies
  • CRM experience and skills in pipeline management
  • Leadership experience (a plus)
