About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-property hotel portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering guest and associate satisfaction across the portfolio. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in select-service and extended-stay hotel operations, capable of managing a portfolio of 12-15 hotels. Key responsibilities include general manager development, revenue and profit optimization, strategic planning, and talent development. The role also involves maintaining brand compliance, and quality assurance, and serving as a trusted operational partner to the ownership group. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in progressive hotel operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-property management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with ownership and executive leadership. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, who is adept at influencing and driving performance. While not mandatory, experience with select-service and extended-stay hotel brands, particularly those affiliated with major hospitality chains, is preferred. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively and be based near a major commercial airport to facilitate efficient travel across the portfolio.
