Job Description Job Description Pay: $100,000.00 per year Job description: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (2+ Years Experience Preferred) – Texas Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2 Years of Personal Injury Litigation Preferred License Requirement: Must be licensed to practice law in Texas Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with at least two years of personal injury litigation experience to handle a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through trial. The ideal candidate should have strong litigation skills, a passion for advocating for injured clients, the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with our team, and not be afraid of taking cases to trial. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Draft pleadings, exchange written discovery, conduct depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial advocacy. Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients. Communicate with the clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel. Ensure cases move efficiently and effectively through the litigation process while achieving optimal results.
