Job Title: Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) Cloud Consultant Base Location: Irvine, CA (Remote / Hybrid with Workshop Travel) Mode: Remote with occasional travel Job Type: Contract Priority: High About the Role We are seeking an expert Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) Cloud Consultant to drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ChRM solutions. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert (SME), collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize customer and supplier rebate programs, trade promotions, and financial settlement processes. Key Responsibilities Implementation Leadership: Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle Channel Revenue Management Cloud implementations from discovery to deployment. Business Analysis: Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and translate complex business processes into scalable Oracle ChRM solutions. System Configuration: Manage setup and configuration for customer/supplier rebate programs, trade promotions, program eligibility/qualifiers, accruals, reconciliation, claims, deductions, settlements, and manual adjustments. Pricing & Custom Rules: Configure custom qualifiers and pricing-related rules within Oracle Fusion Pricing. Data Migration: Drive data migration strategies for programs, accruals, claims, master data, and transactional datasets using FBDI, CSV, or equivalent Oracle Cloud loaders. Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with SCM and Finance teams to architect robust integrations across Oracle Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, and General Ledger. Technical Collaboration: Work alongside technical teams on REST APIs, file-based integrations, and third-party systems. Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing. Documentation & Enablement: Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Mentorship: Provide guidance, oversight, and best-practice direction to junior consultants. Required Skills & Experience Experience: Total- 14+ years 5+ years of total experience with Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM). Implementation Track Record: Minimum of 1 to 2 successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ChRM implementations. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of customer rebate management, supplier/vendor rebate management, trade promotions, accrual management, claims management, deductions/settlements, and indirect sales management. Technical Competency: Hands-on Oracle ChRM configuration experience, familiarity with Oracle Fusion Pricing, and proficiency in data-loading mechanisms (FBDI/CSV). Integration Knowledge: Strong grasp of ChRM touchpoints with OM, AR, AP, Procurement, and Financials, alongside a basic-to-good understanding of REST APIs and cloud integrations. Soft Skills: Exceptional requirement-gathering, analytical, process-redesign, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a client-facing consulting capacity.
