Job Summary:
Join a leading healthcare team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist , evaluating and treating patients to restore mobility and improve functional outcomes. This role is primarily outpatient with occasional support in acute care.

Shift: Full-Time Days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) + 1 weekend/month
Salary: Starting at $37+/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance: Available

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
• BLS Certification (preferred within 1 month of hire)
• Outpatient or hospital PT experience preferred
