We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company events, coordinating vendors, receiving payments and following up on outstanding payments, ordering office supplies, performing general administrative tasks, and assisting with marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Compensation:

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
• Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
• Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
• Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
• Order office equipment and supplies as needed
• Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
• Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable Follow-Ups and serving as the main contact for payment collection and processing

Qualifications:

• Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
• Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred

• Experience with QuickBooks software and customer service/CRM software is a plus
