HR AI Prompt Engineer

The HR AI Prompt Engineer will design, evaluate, and refine prompts for HR use cases, ensuring AI-generated responses align with defined HR rubrics and enterprise standards. The role also includes question rooting to improve intent clarity and coverage. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in prompt engineering, response evaluation, or AI testing Strong understanding of HR use cases and HR workflows Experience evaluating GenAI or LLM outputs in enterprise settings Strong analytical, writing, and documentation skills Nice to Have Experience in HR technology, AI governance, or testing Centers of Excellence Prior exposure to financial services or regulated AI programs Key Responsibilities Develop and refine prompts aligned to HR use cases and evaluation objectives Evaluate AI-generated responses against HR rubrics and success criteria Perform question rooting to ensure accurate intent and scenario coverage Iterate prompts based on validation and analysis feedback Maintain version-controlled documentation of prompts, evaluations, and outcomes Collaborate with annotation and validation teams to ensure end-to-end quality Regards Talent Acquisition Group - Strategic Recruitment Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr Themesoft Inc.
