Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community
We’re a well-established residential property management company looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and like keeping things running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete general maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and common areas
- Troubleshoot plumbing, basic electrical, and minor appliance issues
- Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
- Assist with unit turns (vacant Units)(paint touch-ups, minor repairs, and clean-up) and all else that is entailed
- Assist in property city inspections repairs
- Respond to work orders in a timely, professional manner R
- Help maintain property grounds, equipment, and overall appearance
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using smartphones and apps for daily tasks (clocking in/out, managing work orders, email communication, and uploading photos)
- Friendly, professional communication with residents and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, dependable, and able to handle on-call responsibilities

- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
