We specialize in Dry Eye Treatment, Binocular Abnormalities, Medical care of glaucoma, and pre and post-operative care for cataract and LASIK patients, as well as Myopia management and Specialty Contacts. The Coordinator will facilitate all phases of Specialty Treatments that are scheduled and offered at Specialty Eye. This person will collaborate with the healthcare team and potential/existing patients. We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who is professional, self-motivated, resourceful and detail oriented. NO WEEKENDSM-F 36+ hours/week Responsibilities As Scheduling Coordinator, your job will consist of being the first point of contact for our prospective patients. You will be scheduling appointments, as well as directing any non-scheduling inquiries to the clinic.
Tasks include:
- Answering phone inquiries
- Proactive outreach to scheduling patients
- Ensure missed visits are rescheduled
- Review the physician schedules to fill in gaps Required Skills Required skills & qualifications include:

Scheduling Coordinator will be on the phone with patients throughout the day, so building relationships through maintaining interest, asking questions, utilizing listening skills, and using problem solving skills to confidently troubleshoot/answer questions/resolve complaints will be important for success. Confidentiality and strictly adhering to HIPAA is required. Rate of pay range DOE
