About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic Head of Customer Success to take on a senior leadership role focused on customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and improving the performance of an existing client portfolio, developing and implementing strategies to increase customer retention, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. This role demands a leader with a strong background in customer success, account management, or related fields, who can operate at both the executive and operational levels, and who is adept at building and leading customer success teams. Key responsibilities include creating and managing customer success metrics, designing customer journey frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Applicants for the Head of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in relevant leadership roles, with a proven track record of improving customer retention and growing recurring revenue. The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of SaaS, subscription, or similar business models, and experience in managing customer success metrics.
