Product Manager, Traffic Strategy, Pangle

Responsibilities

Team Intro TikTok Pangle is TikTok's exclusive Ad Network, currently available in nearly 50 markets. TikTok Pangle empowers advertisers to extend their reach beyond TikTok by accessing top local publishers through trusted, intelligent and performance-driven advertising solutions.TikTok Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. Responsibilities 1. Own and drive Pangle traffic product initiatives. 2. Improve monetization efficiency across the ad network from a platform perspective; optimize advertiser campaign workflows and the overall commercial ecosystem. 3. Design customer-facing products and strategies from the advertiser's point of view to improve campaign ROI. 4. Guide the team and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver expected outcomes and drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in mobile advertising, with a background in algorithms or statistics preferred; overseas education or work experience is a plus. 2. Strong logical thinking, learning agility, and independent judgment; excellent communication skills. 3. Highly accountable; able to maintain a positive, proactive work attitude under ambiguity, continuously drive business growth, and pursue excellence. 4. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $396000 annually.


Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.


Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
