Product Manager, Traffic Strategy, Pangle

Responsibilities Own and drive Pangle traffic product initiatives. Improve monetization efficiency across the ad network from a platform perspective; optimize advertiser campaign workflows and the overall commercial ecosystem. Design customer‑facing products and strategies from the advertiser's point of view to improve campaign ROI. Guide the team and coordinate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver expected outcomes and drive sustainable business growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in mobile advertising, with a background in algorithms or statistics preferred; overseas education or work experience is a plus. Strong logical thinking, learning agility, and independent judgment; excellent communication skills. Highly accountable; able to maintain a positive, proactive work attitude under ambiguity, continuously drive business growth, and pursue excellence. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin‑speaking regions. Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185,600 - $396,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
