Reporting This role reports to the Director of Sales - Midwest. Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our material handling sales efforts while actively growing and mentoring a high-performing sales team. This team is responsible for sales of New & Used Forklifts, Floorcare Equipment & other assorted Warehouse Products/Solutions. key responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Development o Recruit, Train and Lead a team of Sales Professionals focused on selling and delivering material handling equipment to customers. o Provide Coaching, Performance Management, and Strategic Direction to ensure team success while fostering a high-performance sales culture. Product Knowledge o Ability to master a full range of products to support and guide your team. Annual Business Planning o Develop and execute an annual business plan in partnership with Executive Leadership. Pricing & Proposal Models o Ensure deep understanding of pricing strategies and proposal models to support deals with accuracy and competitiveness. Market Share Growth o Implement sales strategies that capture market share from larger competitors by emphasizing value, service and responsiveness. CRM & Sales Reporting o Maintain and Monitor Accurate Record of all sales activities using CRM Tools. o Guide your team in best practices for reporting and pipeline management.
