Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors. Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems. Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, etc. Perform general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment. Maintain records, logs, and reports as required by company policy. Submit all requested reports or logs in a timely manner. Qualifications Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort. Knowledge of household repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Engaging, welcoming personality with excellent communication skills. Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull; lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation $26.00 – $27.00 per hour.
