Customer Development / Regional Sales Manager
Process Combustion Corporation (PCC)
Customer Development / Regional Sales Manager PCC is looking for a motivated and experienced technical sales professional to lead Customer Development and Sales efforts across the Great Lakes region. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy working with end users and EPC customers, and have a strong background in air pollution control systems, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Identify and develop new project opportunities (pre-RFQ). Manage and support regional sales reps. Own the full sales cycle and quotation process. Promote PCC’s aftermarket services and new product launches. Collaborate with Application Engineering teams. Represent PCC across active and emerging market sectors. Report to the Marketing/Business Development Manager. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering. 5+ years of technical sales experience. Expertise in air pollution control equipment. Familiarity with boilers, fans, heat exchangers. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Remote/home office based.
