Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition function in Connecticut. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing sensitive hiring activities with care. The role will partner closely with recruiting teams and senior leaders to keep hiring processes moving efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.Responsibilities:• Prepare, review, and distribute employment offer documentation with a strong focus on precision and completeness.• Assist with compensation administration tied to offers, including incentive-based and equity-related elements where applicable.• Interact effectively with executives and other senior stakeholders, maintaining a clear and confident communication style.• Coordinate and improve recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and consistency across hiring activities.• Provide support for offer delivery and related follow-up steps as hiring needs evolve.• Maintain job and candidate activity within Greenhouse and support recruiting operations through applicant tracking system updates.• Schedule interviews and help manage logistics to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and internal participants.
