Job Title: Print Account Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage customer relationships and coordinate projects from order intake through production, delivery, and billing. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in print, graphics, signage, or production environments .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Manage customer orders, RFQs, RFIs, POs, print files, proofs, and work orders.
• Coordinate with sales, prepress, production, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping teams.
• Communicate project timelines, lead times, milestones, and delivery dates.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations.
• Understand print production processes, materials, equipment, and scheduling.
• Ensure jobs meet customer specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Communicate and document customer changes and approvals.
• Coordinate shipping and customer logistics.
• Track project costs and support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, account management, or client services experience.
• Print, wide-format graphics, signage, or production experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and customer focused.
