Job Summary

Production Associates support daily manufacturing operations by safely producing quality products, meeting production goals, and working as part of a team. This is a hands‐on, hourly position in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines and load raw materials and supplies into machines as needed
• Monitor equipment performance and make basic adjustments within training guidelines
• Complete required production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately
• Inspect, and package products to quality standards
• Perform visual quality checks and remove defective items
• Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and procedures
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Meet production goals and attendance expectations
• Communicate issues with equipment, materials, or quality to a supervisor
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with or without assistance in some areas
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment

• Manufacturing/production floor
