We are seeking an experienced Plumber to lead and start our new plumbing division specializing in residential and commercial plumbing services. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can independently manage the entire division, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all activities within the plumbing division
- Provide expert residential and commercial plumbing services
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot and solve plumbing-related problems efficiently
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Maintain physical stamina to perform demanding plumbing tasks
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures in plumbing
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Effective time management skills
- High level of physical stamina for demanding work
