Talent Acquisition SpecialistThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Chicago, Illinois who will build our recruiting and onboarding practices. This is a foundational role where you'll work directly with leadership to shape how we hire, who we hire, and what it feels like to join our team. If you're energized by building something from scratch and want to have a real impact on a growing company, this is your seat.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisitionProven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions in a high-growth environmentFamiliarity with HRIS and sourcing tools such as Gusto and LinkedIn RecruiterSkilled at writing job descriptions that attract top talentExperience implementing process standards and designing onboarding pathwaysComfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratchStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAction-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through
