Housekeeper – Private Home

Compensation

Starting at $25 per hour

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized housekeeper to help maintain a private home. This role is best suited for someone with previous private-home housekeeping experience who takes pride in keeping a home clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Approximately 30 hours per week

Home

The home includes:

• 4 bedrooms
• Kitchen
• Dining room
• Living room
• Gym
• Entertainment room
• Laundry room

Responsibilities

• Follow an established cleaning schedule, with different areas of the home assigned throughout the week
• Keep the home neat and organized, ensuring items are returned to their proper place
• Make beds daily
• Clean bathrooms and toilets
• Vacuum, dust, and mop
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen surfaces
• Clean and care for furniture
• Complete household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting clothes away
• Clean windows as needed
• Maintain the kitchen, laundry room, and living room so they remain clean, organized, and tidy each day

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional housekeeping experience in a private home
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, trustworthy, and consistent
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and able to maintain an established routine
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting to household preferences
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and notices what needs attention without always needing direction
