Now we're building something new, and we're looking for a small group of agents to build it with us.

The Role

You'll list the homes that didn't sell the first time: expireds, withdrawns and cancels. You won't be starting from scratch. We already have the scripts, the listing presentations and testimonials from past clients, and we know the daily cadence that leads to success. You'll put it all to work and help turn it into a system anyone can follow. Once it works here, you'll take it national. You'll recruit agents around the country to run the same system, lead those teams, and build passive income as they grow.

This role is for agents who are driven to earn $200,000+ a year and who already have a vision for what comes after that.

What You'll Do

• Call expired, withdrawn and canceled sellers every morning, and knock on doors.
• Find out why the home didn't sell, isolate the real objection, and solve it.
• Win the appointment and win the listing with our scripts and listing presentation.
• Manage contractors and pre-listing work (repairs, paint, staging, clean-outs) so the home shows at its best the second time around.
• Follow the daily cadence we know works, track your results, and help turn it into a system anyone can follow.
• Recruit, train and lead agents across the country who run that system.

Who You Are

• You're not afraid of the phone, doors or rejection. A "no" doesn't slow you down.
• You're excellent at isolating objections and moving the conversation toward a solution.
• You can manage contractors and projects on a deadline.
• You're coachable and organized. You follow a system and help make it better.
• You think like a leader. You want to build a team and teach other people to do what you do.
• You have an active real estate license (Virginia preferred).

The Schedule

• In the office 3 to 4 days a week. The day starts at 7:30 AM.

Homes we sold after other agents couldn't

Since 2018 we've sold at least 23 homes in Northern Virginia that came to us after a listing with another brokerage ended without a sale. Here are a few, straight from the MLS records:

• Condo in Clarendon, Arlington. Another brokerage listed it 5 separate times between March and June 2023, asking up to $724,900. About four months on the market and no contract. We listed it that September and sold it for $670,000.
• Condo in Arlington. Listed 3 times with another brokerage in 2021, asking $549,500 down to $499,500. All three listings expired. We listed it that September and sold it for $489,500.
• Single-family home in Falls Church. Listed 3 times with another brokerage over nine months, asking $1,089,000 down to $974,900, with no contract. We listed it in June 2019 and sold it for $850,000.
• Single-family home in Lorton. Two other agents tried over 14 months, asking $874,900 down to $785,000. We listed it in September 2019, had it under contract in about five weeks and sold it for $750,000.
• Townhouse in Centreville. Two other agents' listings ended unsold. We listed it in January 2023, had a contract within a week and sold it for $555,100, 103.8% of our asking price.
• Townhouse in Fairfax. 129 days on the market with another brokerage, then canceled. We listed it in February 2021, had a contract in 3 days and sold it for $679,000, above our asking price.
