ICAM Specialist, SeniorThe Opportunity: You will serve as the Senior Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) expert supporting federal health agencies, functioning as the primary subject matter expert guiding ICAM strategy, modernization, and solution delivery across the federal health market. In this role, you will shape and advance our ICAM posture for key clients by architecting secure, scalable identity ecosystems; advising client leadership on modernization pathways; and steering ICAM requirements across a growing health‑sector opportunity pipeline.You will partner closely with Health Cyber technical leads to define solution approaches, support capture and proposal development, and deliver compelling client briefings, demonstrations, and executive‑level narratives. As the primary ICAM expert, you will ensure our solutions align with federal mandates, Zero Trust principles, and enterprise identity frameworks while guiding teams across identity governance, privileged access management, non‑human identity, federation, and credential lifecycle modernization. This position blends deep technical leadership with forward‑leaning client engagement, helping shape federal health agencies’ identity strategies and driving the successful pursuit and delivery of ICAM work across the Health Cyber portfolio. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
