Title Specialist, Used Car Operations

What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Title Specialist within the Used Car Operations business. This team is responsible for ensuring seamless title transfers for all acquired vehicles across North America. As a Title Specialist, you join a large and highly effective team tasked with efficiently and accurately processing all vehicle title transfers. This complex and administrative role requires high agency, a detailed and organized mindset, excellent communication skills, positive and collaborative attitude, and a track record of excelling in a high-volume administrative role. You learn fast, take directions well, maintain a hyper-focused workflow, and are highly organized. Title Specialists are the core of the team and keep the entire trade-in and used vehicle business turning.
