Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Greenville, South Carolina

Shift: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM EST (5 8 schedule); rotating weekends required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of supply chain experience.

• Experience with inventory management and basic computer systems preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish inventory in storage areas, clean rooms, and supply carts.

• Pick, organize, and distribute supplies to nursing units, clinics, and other departments.

• Check for expired or recalled products and remove them according to policy.

• Deliver supplies, packages, oxygen tanks, and minor equipment.

• Process inventory issues, credits, and replenishment orders using ERP systems and handheld scanners.

• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy reporting.

• Respond to customer service requests via phone and email.

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist in training supply chain staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
