Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Protocols: Assess patient needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to cultivate improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy approaches to encourage sustained progress beyond clinical visits.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly to keep patients on track towards their goals.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Open to continuing education and advanced certifications that are encouraged and supported.

Licenses/Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Successful completion of the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification.
