Maintenance Specialist

[About the Role]
Join L&T Technology Services LTD as a Maintenance Specialist and lead the development and implementation of world-class maintenance and reliability programs for large-scale capital projects in the LNG, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, and Chemicals sectors. You will drive asset management initiatives, operational readiness, and ensure technical excellence across multidisciplinary teams. [Responsibilities]

- Lead the creation and validation of Asset Registers, Functional Locations, and Equipment Hierarchies.
- Develop maintenance strategies for static, rotating, electrical, instrumentation, and packaged equipment.
- Facilitate and lead Asset Criticality Assessments, Reliability Centered Maintenance, FMEA, and preventive/predictive maintenance optimization.
- Define, document, and optimize maintenance tasks, frequencies, job plans, and resource requirements.
- Develop and review Bills of Materials (BOMs), spare parts recommendations, and execute criticality and inventory analyses.
- Support and enhance SAP PM/EAM master data (including FLOC, Equipment Masters, BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans).
- Review and interpret engineering documents such as P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, equipment lists, and OEM manuals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure technical and procedural alignment.
- Ensure compliance with client standards and reliability best practices through rigorous quality reviews.
- Support operational readiness, commissioning, and maintenance handover activities for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 10-13 years' experience in Maintenance, Reliability, Asset Management, or Maintenance Build Projects.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary maintenance engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in rotating, static, electrical, instrumentation, and packaged equipment maintenance.
- Direct experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, and Operational Readiness projects.
- Proficient in conducting ACA, RCM, FMEA, LORA, and inventory optimization studies.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP PM/EAM and asset management systems.
- Skilled in interpreting engineering documentation and developing maintenance deliverables.
