We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Market President to lead the Indianapolis market. As the local face of the bank, you will drive business growth, build key relationships, and deliver exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and experience in commercial banking.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage market operationsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsDrive revenue growth and profitabilityEnsure compliance with banking regulationsQualifications:10+ years of banking experienceProven leadership and business development track recordStrong communication and networking skills
