Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Follow Emergency Department staffing guidelines. Duties and Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. Implements and documents clinical and technical aspects of care. Initiates, manages, and participates in Discharge Planning Process. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be willing to cross-train to Intensive Care. Requirements Ability to work every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation. Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs. Education/Certifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Ohio. Experience Previous experience in an Emergency or Intensive Care setting.
