Impactful Housing Navigator for Families & Individuals
Family Tree, Inc.
Family Tree, Inc. seeks Homelessness Program Housing Specialists to determine initial and ongoing eligibility for homeless families and individuals. You will provide housing navigation and placement, lease-up services, and cultivate landlord relationships within a Housing First framework. This full-time, in-person role involves rental assistance, client housing support, and documenting progress in HMIS, with a schedule that may include afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Tree, Inc.
