Make a lasting impact on student achievement in a collaborative, on-campus setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This opportunity offers multiple openings at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, where you’ll provide direct, in-person support and interventions that help students develop essential communication skills. Serving as a vital resource in the school community, you will work with a broad range of students, educators, and support teams to ensure every child’s voice is heard.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Washington SLP license, or willingness to obtain before start date
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Willing and able to undergo fingerprinting through OSPI
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite to students with varied needs
• Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
• Design and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and support staff
• Maintain timely, accurate records and progress reports
• Engage positively with families to support student development
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
