Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite position offers the chance to work in a dynamic school setting committed to helping children thrive. Currently, there are four openings available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across high school, middle school, and elementary school levels. Your expertise will make an impact as you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide critical support to students, and foster communication growth in a positive learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP License or willingness to obtain one before the start date.
- SLP-CCC certification required.
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to complete OSPI fingerprinting, or willingness to do so prior to employment.
- Available to work onsite for the entire contract term; no virtual or remote options.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students as assigned.
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all school and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and student support initiatives.
