Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Provide support during audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (huge plus)
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
