Top Reasons to Work With Us Growth opportunities Diverse project list Great company culture State of the art software and office building Onsite fitness center Key Responsibilities Assists in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, financial statement analysis, and reconciling general ledger accounts Supports the creation and maintenance of the annual budget and forecast Performs Treasury Management duties, including tracking bank account transactions and balances, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and perpetual records of financial activities Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for various projects and initiatives Utilizes system knowledge to support financial analysis and reporting tasks Performs data gathering, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information Prepares monthly banking reports as required Provides oversight and facilitates vendor disbursements, including processing physical checks and electronic payment Qualifications B.S.
