Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and listening. Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in managing everyday risks and realizing dreams. People-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving. Dedicated to customer service and able to multi-task. Experience with computer applications, particularly Windows. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Benefits Salary plus commission/bonus. Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
