Responsibilities

As an Account Associate/Representative, you will play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most while delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way. 

· Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs.
· Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their goals, concerns, and priorities.
· Educate customers on insurance products, coverages, discounts, and available options.
· Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions.
· Generate accurate quotes for Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Life, Health, and other State Farm products.
· Follow up with internet leads, referrals, quote requests, and existing customers.
· Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers’ coverage evolves with their changing needs.
· Cross-sell additional products when appropriate to provide comprehensive protection.
· Process policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, claims support, and other customer service requests accurately and efficiently. 
· Maintain detailed customer records within the agency systems. 
· Meet or exceed individual activity, service, and production goals.
· Follow agency workflows, processes, and best practices to deliver a consistent customer experience.
· Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
· Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, supportive, and high-performing office culture.
· Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

· Active Property & Casualty producer License (or willingness to obtain one).
· Active Life and Health producer License (or willingness to obtain one).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
